Job Description:
Work knowledge of WPS (welding procedure specification), responsible for its qualification and approval. To conduct weld qualification tests for welders and responsible for weld inspection to fulfill quality assure and quality control requirements. Able to prepare inspection records and reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or welding diploma/certificate
- Minimum 10 year of experience working as a QC inspector at site
- Good knowledge in welding codes and standards
- Certifications CWI or IIW or equivalent
- Good team player and excellent communication skills.
